EASY GREASING FOR HEAVY MACHINERY

Makita's new LXT Series 18V Cordless Grease Gun DGP180 is perfect tool for lubricating large and heavy machines. Its powerful brushless motor delivers up to 690 bar pressure. Auto-speed mode allows automatic change of flow rate, which varies according to the internal pressure. Lightweight and compact design makes it nice to use, and lock-on button makes using it longer periods effortless.

Make Greasing At High Pressure Convenient

DGP180 is able to dispense grease at high pressure of 690 bar, which enables for example tensioning of crawler tracks of heavy machinery and farm machinery.

Variable speed trigger allows you to control flow rate when approaching the end of application.

Select the flow rate mode for your needs with speed mode changing knob:

  1. Slow Speed Mode: Dispense grease at constant slow speed of 145 mL/min.
  2. Auto Speed Mode: Apply grease while varying the flow rate automatically according to pressure of supply destination. Flow rate varying up to 290 mL/min.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Operate easily even in tight places

Lubricating heavy machines has never been as easy, as it is with DGP180! In addition to auto-speed mode, grease gun is equipped with lock-on button, which is a great help for working longer periods at a time.

1,2 m flexible rubber hose enables greasing even in tight places. LED light illuminates your work when working in dark surroundings.

    Not only grease cartridges, but also bulk grease in pail can be loaded directly in to the barrel for added convenience.
