Cordless orbit polisher for professional and amateur use

Makita’s new DPO600 cordless random orbit polisher is a popular choice for boat and vehicle enthusiasts and professionals alike. The machine has two polishing modes and a finishing function. The lock-on switch and ergonomic design bring added comfort. The 150 mm pad is attached with an adhesive.

Two polishing modes, plus a finishing function

The rotating speed can be adjusted on a scale of 1–5 (0–780 min^-1). The machine offers the choice of two polishing modes: random orbit with forced rotation and random orbit. The random orbit with forced rotation mode can be used for example to spread polishing paste or wax. The random orbit action is used for polishing. Thanks to its finishing mode with a reduced rotation speed (0–600 min^-1), the machine can also be used for fine finishing.

Lock-on switch

The machine’s control switch can be locked at a set speed to make continuous use easier when the switch does not have to be kept pressed.

Ergonomic design

The machine is ergonomically designed to enable handling with two hands. Thanks to its counterbalance system, the tool is easy to maintain in a steady position. The machine’s charger holder has a rubber bumper to protect the workpiece from damage should the tool come into contact with it.

Runtime of up to an hour!

The machine offers a continuous runtime of up to an hour. However, this varies depending on the battery, rotation speed and workpiece load.
