Novelty from Makita: DUT130Z 18V LXT® mixing drill
This cordless mixing drill makes mixing paints and plaster easy. This efficient but light tool is also easy to transport from one worksite to another. It is an ideal tool for painters and tilers.
Two speed ranges and variable speed control
The machine has two speed ranges: 0–350 and 0–1,300 rpm. The speed range can be adjusted in a stepless manner from the switch. Equipped with a brushless motor, the machine is energy-efficient.
Excellent runtime
The mixing drill’s runtime depends on the size of the mixing paddle and the viscosity of the material being mixed. With the standard 165 mm paddle, runtime at full speed with a 5.0 Ah battery is about 25 minutes when mixing paint. Working with concrete, about 4 or 5 bags of S-100 concrete can be mixed on a single charge.
Easy to use and light to transport
Thanks to its compact design, the machine is easy to use and transport. Weighing only 2.8 kg, this tool is truly portable. The machine has a detachable grip that can be removed for easy transport and storage.
Protective shield protects battery, XPT technology protects the machine as a whole
The mixing drill is equipped with a protective shield that protects the battery from splashes. The machine also features XPT technology that prevents water from entering the system and directs out any water that gets in, without any damage being caused to the electronics.
Tool only, with support grip and paddle as standard accessories
The mixing drill is available as a tool only version (DUT130Z) without a battery or charger. Standard accessories include a side grip, a 165 mm paddle suitable for mixing paint and a carry case.
